4. Single Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through proxy — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances voided.
5. Not a Prohibited User: You must not be an employee, director, agent, or contractor of Hometogel, nor an immediate family member of such individuals. Such persons are prohibited from holding active player accounts or participating in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
6. Accurate Information: All information provided at registration must be truthful, current, and accurate. Providing false personal details — including name, date of birth, nationality, or payment information — constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

From time to time, Hometogel offers promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, birthday rewards, referral incentives, and other promotional credits to eligible Users. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("turnover requirements") which must be completed in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your account balance. Real money funds are used first when placing bets unless specified otherwise.
• Bonuses are valid for the time period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Birthday bonuses are credited to VIP-tier-eligible accounts during the calendar month of the member's verified date of birth. The tier-specific amounts are: Bronze MYR 188, Silver MYR 388, Gold MYR 888, and VIP MYR 2,688. These amounts are subject to change and are governed by the current promotion terms at the time of crediting.
• Referral bonuses of MYR 38 are credited to the referring member upon the successful registration and qualifying first deposit of the referred member. Referral rewards are subject to minimum odds wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Hometogel Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in civil or criminal action:

• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by persons under 21.
• Operating more than one registered Account, whether in your own name or through any other person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's software, data, or intellectual property.

Nothing in these Terms limits Hometogel's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
